PPG Gaming Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1Acceptance and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the PPG Gaming website, player account, betting products, card games, promotions, payment functions, and related services. References to “you” or “player” mean the person using the account. References to “we,” “us,” or “the platform” mean PPG Gaming.

Additional rules may apply to a particular sport, market, card game, promotion, or payment method. Those specific rules form part of this agreement. If a specific game rule conflicts with a general provision, the specific rule will apply to that product unless PPG Gaming states otherwise.

2Eligibility and legal capacity

You must not use PPG Gaming if gambling is prohibited for you, if you are subject to self-exclusion, or if another legal or contractual restriction prevents participation. We may ask for documents proving age, identity, address, source of funds, or account ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may lead to restrictions, suspension, or closure.

3Account registration and security

Each player may maintain only one PPG Gaming account unless written permission is provided. Information submitted during registration must be complete, current, and accurate. You must update your details if your mobile number, address, email, or other important information changes.

Your login credentials are personal. Do not share your password, allow another person to use your account, or leave an active session unattended. Documents must be genuine, readable, and unaltered. PPG Gaming may delay a transaction while reasonable checks are in progress. Providing false records, using another person’s payment method, or attempting to avoid verification may result in cancelled transactions and account closure.

5Deposits and player balances

Deposits must come from a supported payment method that you are authorised to use. Available options may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Limits and processing times may vary by method.

PPG Gaming is not a bank, savings account, or investment service. Funds must be used for genuine gaming activity and will not earn interest. A deposit may be declined, reversed, or reviewed if it appears unauthorised, duplicated, disputed, or inconsistent with normal account activity.

Players should keep transaction references until the balance is confirmed. If an amount does not appear correctly, report it with the relevant receipt so PPG Gaming can investigate.

6Wagers, odds, and acceptance

A wager is submitted when you confirm the stake and selection. It becomes valid only after acceptance by PPG Gaming and appearance in your account history. A loading screen, pending message, or interrupted connection does not by itself prove acceptance.

Sports wagers are settled using the official result recognised by the applicable competition or the market rules available when the bet is placed. Later disciplinary decisions generally do not change settlement unless the specific market rules provide otherwise.

Postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled events may be settled, carried forward, or voided according to the relevant rules. Card games are settled using the game result recorded by PPG Gaming systems. If a technical interruption occurs, the platform may restore a game, settle from the recorded state, or void the affected round when a reliable result cannot be established.

8Bonuses and promotional offers

Promotions may have eligibility requirements, minimum deposits, validity periods, wagering requirements, qualifying games, maximum stakes, and withdrawal restrictions. Review the offer details before joining. Claiming a promotion means accepting both these terms and the conditions shown for that offer.

Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one player, household, device, payment account, or shared network. PPG Gaming may withhold a bonus or related winnings when there is reasonable evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, low-risk bonus abuse, manipulated play, or another attempt to obtain an unintended advantage.

9Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must normally be sent to a payment method in the verified account holder’s name. PPG Gaming may request identity or payment verification before release. Processing estimates are not guarantees because banks, electronic wallets, security checks, and public holidays can affect completion time.

A withdrawal may be paused while PPG Gaming reviews chargebacks, disputed deposits, unusual account activity, incomplete wagering requirements, or suspected rule violations. Players must not cancel or dispute a legitimate deposit after using the funds to wager. Approved balances will be handled according to the applicable payment and account rules.

10Prohibited activity

You must use PPG Gaming honestly and only for personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating duplicate, false, transferred, or third-party accounts.

• Colluding with other players or manipulating games, markets, or promotions.

• Threatening staff, submitting fraudulent claims, or abusing support channels.

When there is reasonable evidence of prohibited activity, PPG Gaming may restrict access, void affected play, withhold improperly obtained benefits, close accounts, or take other proportionate action.

11Responsible gaming

PPG Gaming is intended for adults who choose to play for entertainment. Gambling involves risk, and no result or return is guaranteed. Set a practical budget, avoid borrowing to gamble, and never chase losses. Your household expenses and savings should always come first.

12Suspension and account closure

You may stop using PPG Gaming at any time. Before closure, complete any required verification and request withdrawal of an eligible cash balance. Bonus funds and unfinished promotional benefits may be removed according to their conditions.

PPG Gaming may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement, verification failure, prolonged inactivity, payment dispute, responsible gaming concern, or prohibited conduct. Where appropriate, valid remaining funds will be returned after deductions permitted by these terms and completion of necessary checks.

13Service availability and liability

PPG Gaming works to provide a reliable mobile and desktop experience, but uninterrupted access cannot be promised. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, device problems, payment outages, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

Players are responsible for suitable internet access and compatible equipment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PPG Gaming is not responsible for indirect losses caused by connection failures, player error, unauthorised credential sharing, or reliance on unconfirmed information. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

14Privacy and account information

PPG Gaming processes account and transaction information to provide services, protect users, complete verification, prevent fraud, comply with obligations, and improve platform performance. Details about the collection and handling of personal information appear in the Privacy Policy.

You should review that policy together with these terms. By submitting documents or payment information, you confirm that the material belongs to you and may be reviewed for legitimate account administration and security purposes.

15Complaints and corrections

If you believe an account entry, wager, settlement, bonus, deposit, or withdrawal is incorrect, contact PPG Gaming promptly and provide the relevant transaction reference, date, amount, and supporting information. Keep your message factual so the team can review system records efficiently.

PPG Gaming will investigate in good faith and may ask for additional records. Account history and platform logs will be considered when resolving a dispute. Waiting too long to report an issue may make reliable investigation more difficult.

16Changes to these terms
